The CINE-SERVO 17-120mm T2.95 lens provides cinematographers and broadcast operations with a compact, lightweight design (only 2.9kg) using Canon optical elements, while offering outstanding performance and reliability in professional shooting environments.

The new lens is fully 4K-ready, with a high optical resolution and support for Super35mm large-format cameras. An 11-blade aperture diaphragm helps ensure an artistic and beautiful representation of out-of-focus areas (or “Bokeh”).

Lemac lens technician Neil O'Donnell was the first in Australia to lay hands on Canon’s highly anticipated new Cine-Servo 17-120mm T2.95 Zoom Lens, and it’s received the big tick of approval with stunning resolution - in our service department projection room, the lens delivered the highest resolution 200 line cycle meaning it is future proofed beyond 4k. This adds to Canon's very high quality range of cinema-capable zoom lenses designed for the age of digital cinematography, but with the ease of use and operational feel usually only associated with video zoom lenses.
