Overview
As a Rentals Client Liaison, you’ll work closely with our team and clients to bring their projects to life. Your role will involve supporting every stage of the rental process, from quoting and booking through to on-set support, returns, and invoicing. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and industry insight, bridging the gap between production crews and technical logistics to ensure the right equipment is available for every vision, big or small.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Rentals Team to coordinate equipment preparation, availability, and delivery for a variety of productions, including TV commercials, corporate videos, documentaries, series drama, and feature films.
- Work directly with clients, providing technical guidance and support to meet their creative needs and production specifications.
- Oversee the quoting, booking, and invoicing process for equipment rentals, ensuring clear communication and accurate billing for every project.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maintain seamless operations.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with production teams, crew members, and key stakeholders, acting as a bridge between the equipment and the creative vision on set.
- Be involved with and assist with the preparation, testing and return of equipment as required.

- You have a solid foundation of technical knowledge within the camera department, as well as an understanding of film and television production.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple responsibilities with precision and a focus on quality.
- You have strong client-facing and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to anticipating client needs and troubleshooting issues.
- A team-oriented mindset with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a technical or production-focused role within film, television, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, and resources to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical focus and a passion for supporting creative projects.
- An adaptable approach with a commitment to learning and evolving with the demands of the role.
