Well it’s been a big day for camera announcements! Canon have generated some serious buzz surrounding their LA-based announcement today, which Lemac’s Business Development Manager, Stuart Pointon, attended.

Yesterday, Lemac Melbourne showed off Panasonic’s new compact, professional P2 camcorder, the HPX-250.

The first season of Dance Academy is the only Australian production to have been nominated for a prize in the International Emmy Awards 2011.

Lemac has recently completed camera rental and data wrangling services for the filming of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical Love Never Dies.

Lightning Point is the new children's TV series from Jonathan M. Shiff Productions and German partner ZDF, shot in Queensland on Lemac's Aaton Xtera Super-16 cameras.

Lowdown, one of the first major TV productions to be shot on Lemac’s RED One cameras back in 2009, has at last gone into production for a second season.
