Overview

Made from aluminium alloy, and ergonomically designed to fit the camera, the Tilta Camera Cage Rig for BMPCC 4K/6K (Tactical) is a professional camera cage kit for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K/6K which features a customisable, modular design and additional mounting and powering options.

Full Cage

This 'full' camera cage provides complete protective armor for the BMPCC 4K/6K camera body while providing several 1/4”-20 and 3/8”-16 mounting points as well as three cold shoe mounting points. The base of the cage also provides several mounting holes when attaching your camera to gimbals to more easily fine tune the balance of your setup.

Top Handle

This quick release top handle easily and securely attaches to the top of both of the half and full camera cages. It provides several 1/4”-20 and 3/8”-16 mounting points as well as a cold shoe mounting point for your accessories.

SSD Holder

The SSD drive holder attaches directly to the half and full camera cages and provides a way to attach a Samsung T5 SSD drive to your camera setup to allow you to record footage onto a separate SSD card.

Side Handle

This side handle slides onto the base of the half and full camera cages to provide a comfortable, ergonomic way to hold and operate your camera.

15mm LWS Baseplate

This 15mm LWS baseplate easily slides onto the base of the half and full camera cages. It provides 15mm LWS rod holders to allow you attach rod-based accessories and is compatible with Tilta-standard dovetails.

Partial Sunhood

The partial sunhood attaches directly to the back of the BMPCC 4K/6K half and full camera cages to provide sunshade to your camera’s LCD screen when shooting in bright exterior environments.

Included Allen Key Fits in the Cage Itself

The Allen key slot is sleekly integrated into the cage’s design and avoids blocking the battery port as well as the camera’s fan

20cm 90-Degree USB-C Cable

This 20cm USB-C cable was specifically designed to integrate with the Tilta BMPCC 4K/6K camera cage. It’s designed with a 90-degree connection on each end so that the cable perfectly hugs the side of the cage.
