The Zeiss CP.3 lens series offers the perfect combination of high image quality and reliable usability. The CP.3’s feature advanced T* lens coatings, painted lens rims and special light traps within the barrel to eliminate unwelcome veiling glare and flares. The result is higher contrast, richer blacks and more saturated colours, enabling shooting in High Dynamic Range (HDR) modes with subtly nuanced differences in deep shadows and bright highlights in the same scene. The new mechanical design allows for a smooth focus scale rotation with increased reliability and allows for a more compact form factor and ever weight distribution. The CP.3' also match perfectly with other ARRI and Zeiss lenses, including the ARRI/Zeiss Master Primes, the ARRI/Zeiss Ultra Primes, the ARRI/Fujinon Alura Studio Zooms, the Zeiss Supreme Primes, the Zeiss CP.2's, the Zeiss LWZ.2 and the Zeiss Compact Cinema Zooms.
