15mm Rod Mount

This NATO Rail mounts to a 15mm rod using a standard 15mm bracket, secured in place with a winged-lever clamp that can be operated whilst wearing gloves. This allows you to pivot the orientation of the NATO rail on your camera rig, ideal for mounting monitors or other accessories that require precise adjustment. Coupled with the rail’s 140mm sliding travel, you can create a versatile articulating mounting point.

Instructions/Assembly

The 15mm NATO Rail comes as a standalone unit, with all components attached.

NATO Rail to 15mm Rod

1. Rotate the winged-lever clamp to loosen the bracket.

2. Slide the NATO rail rod mount onto the 15mm rod and tighten the rod bracket.

Mounting NATO Accessory to NATO Rail

1. Open the NATO clamp on your accessory and slide onto the rail.

2. Once it is in the desired position, secure the clamp.

Removing NATO Accessory from NATO Rail

1. Loosen the NATO clamp and slide to the end of the rail.

2. Press the safety button and slide the accessory off the rail.

Compatibility

The 15mm NATO Rail is compatible with any NATO standard clamp, and can be installed anywhere on a camera rig with a 15mm rod. The 1/4” and 3/8” threads are spaced to ARRI standard, making them compatible with a range of camera accessories.
