14.4V, 290Wh Capacity

The CIMO-290S consists of 24 ternary lithium cells, providing a nominal voltage of 14.4V, 290Wh, and 20.1Ah large capacity.

The ternary lithium cells offer higher energy density, achieving greater capacity with a smaller size, and excellent low-temperature performance, capable of supplying power in environments as cold as -20°C.

250W Constant High Load, 335W Peak

The CIMO-290S delivers a constant 250W/20A high load even at 1% capacity (peak load up to 335W), powering high-demand cine cameras and on-camera devices. The high load cells also extend battery life compared to standard batteries when running at full load for extended periods.

100W 6A Fast Charging

The CIMO-290S supports 100W/6A fast charging via SWIT PC-P461S / MATRIX-S8 / S-3812S chargers, doubling the charging speed. The 6A fast charging does not affect the lifespan of the ternary lithium cells.

The 290Wh battery can be charged from 0 to 80% in just 2.5 hours and fully charged within 3.8 hours.

OLED Power Info / Health Level Display

The CIMO-290S battery features an OLED screen displaying battery status and power information, including power percentage and remaining run time. By long-pressing the power check button, you can view battery cycle times and health level for easy battery management.

USB-C 65W Output

The USB-C port of the CIMO-290S delivers up to 65W of power, with outputs of 5V/9V/12V/15V 3A and 20V (max) 3.25A. It's compatible with BC1.2, QC2.0/3.0, FCP, SCP, and PD2.0/3.0 protocols, making it suitable for laptops and smart devices.

USB-C 60W Charging Input

The battery can also be charged with a USB-C charger that provides at least 60W of PD2.0/3.0 power, fully charging the battery within 6.6 hours.

Please note that USB-C chargers under 60W are unable to charge this battery.

LED Torch

Double press the Power Check button to turn on the LED torch located on the rear of the battery, perfect for locating the V-mount plate in dark production environments.

Double press the Power Check button again to switch off the light, which will automatically turn off after 60 seconds.

1.2 Meters Drop-proof

CIMO series batteries are dual-housing designed and can withstand drops from 1.2 meters at any angle, ensuring strength and reliability for filmmakers.

Battery Charging + DC Output

The S-3812S also outputs DC power via 4-pin XLR port, while simultaneously charging batteries*. Via a 4-pin XLR female to male cable (sold seperately), it can supply 16.8V DC power with a max load of 200W/12A.
